Class Details: Have you ever thought about booking your own private cake decorating party? All you have to do is bring along a group of friends for a few hours of fun cupcake decorating, celebrate a birthday, share a love of crafting beautiful edible flowers or just come for some creative fun.

Rachel will demonstrate how to pipe a selection of gorgeous buttercream florals with step by step guidance on using a piping bag and colouring your buttercream effectively. You will then learn the secrets of professional bouquet construction enabling you to present your florals as a unique gift. Worksheets on making the perfect buttercream and cupcakes are also provided for you to keep. All cakes are taken home at the end of the class in a beautiful gift bag.

This small group workshop has a maximum of just 4 students so you will get the perfect amount of attention in this relaxed and enjoyable class. The image shown is just an example of a general floral bouquet and designs will differ.

A few little things you need to know…

Don’t forget to bring along an apron and a notepad should you wish to jot down the important stuff. There is ample supply of tea and coffee during class, even the odd cupcake or two. The formation of a group workshop is pre-set, working together at the same speed on the same flowers.

All classes will start promptly however you are free to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and meet your fellow classmates. There is plenty of parking on site.

Don’t be shy, most of my students are beginners and you will be amazed at what I can help you achieve. After class you will have the opportunity to purchase packs of piping tips used and also to join my private facebook students support group.
