Group workshops are a wonderful way to learn something new whilst having fun with other likeminded students. Classes are designed to be relaxed, informative and affordable for all.

All workshops are held in stunning and inspirational surroundings at my Dorset home with a maximum of five participants per workshop.

I specialise in working with buttercream and piping realistic buttercream florals by using my garden, nature and the flowers that I grow as my inspiration.

Classes are full of tips, tricks and invaluable advice as we work together to produce beautiful edible art. Everything you create you take home including information sheets and guidance should you wish to take your culinary adventures further.

I guarantee you will leave your class full of ideas, a sense of achievement and a big smile.
