I love how she gives detailed explanations about colour mixing, the tips she uses and how to pipe the various flowers! I didn’t start with the beginners class but I think I will end up purchasing all of them because they are so good. Clear, concise instructions with a bit of humour and a lot of love. I thoroughly recommend Rachel’s class.
